Pros

The smart recommendations that allow each team to receive their unique recommendations for action after the measurement is completed. And that the follow-up pulses are based on the area that is most critical to develop.
The user-friendliness, the service, the clarity of the link from employees to management. the structure.
User-friendly, smooth and clear
The flexibility of the system is what appeals to me most. I love being able to keep an eye on how our employees perceive their daily lives at all times!
