Pros
That everything is gathered in one platform, making it easy to manage e-commerce, orders, and customer interactions efficiently. The system is relatively user-friendly and offers strong integration possibilities with other systems.
A very simple PIM that gives you a lot of opportunities and freedom to change and improve your e-commerce by yourself.
Stability, scalability and technical roadmap
Intershop is a scalable solution with good performance that suits many customers. It is a solution that is possible to start small and grow with the solution.

Cons
Some parts, especially the CMS, can feel a bit complex at times. It would also be beneficial with more flexible export options for customer data (e.g., to Excel).
Currently that it quite bit slow, that you have to refresh the page quite often, for example when you want to export to excel and that the fast search for products is article number instead of name.
Relatively unknown, can sometimes be difficult to find resources on the technology.
In recent years, Intershop has focused on B2B, which to some extent has shifted the focus from B2C where Intershop has previously been very strong.
