Cons

The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
The cost when you want to change something and rebuild. Even the creation of the reports requires a lot of knowledge to get correct.
It should be possible to extract the reports directly in the regular admin section
Possible follow-up reports, but things have improved a lot lately.
