Pros

Simple and clear. Logical flows.
Easy to make changes in UI. Very fast and good support. Logically structured.
The optimised processes and increased controls have allowed us to work in a more structured and efficient way. We have better governance and visibility, allowing us to identify and address bottlenecks faster. In addition, the system has contributed to a better working environment and increased productivity.
That it is easy to use, even for those who are not in the system so often. The authorisation structure in the system also does a great job of making it relevant to each individual employee when they log in.

Cons

The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
The cost when you want to change something and rebuild. Even the creation of the reports requires a lot of knowledge to get correct.
It has, of course, sometimes taken some time to get used to new features, but Addsystems has been quick to offer support and assistance.
