Reviews

Pros

The quick filter with free text search is great. The ability, for me as a super user, to customise the fields to our needs.
Everything is organised and you can easily find what you need.

Cons

I wish Lime CRM Desktop was available for MacOS computers. The creation of order confirmations is a bit of a bottleneck. Converting a deal via Word template and then a PDF that can be emailed to customer. I like the feature, but it takes many long frustrating seconds to perform. I use Lime CRM Desktop.
Document management in Desktop.
