Pros
We have a setup where only 1-2 people are responsible for HR, so we wanted a system where we could collect employee data in one place. We have an overview and it gives us more peace of mind in everyday life, where we are very busy.
We like that it's a less complex solution. It's not a big HRM system with a lot of features. It's cut down to a level where we can participate.
The platform makes it possible to build targeted and coherent learning programmes where content is closely linked to the user's practice. The ability to combine video, questions and concrete actions creates a strong foundation for learning that can actually be translated into everyday life, and the platform is well suited for training, workflow changes and ongoing competence development.
Stable platform. Responsive design. Plenty of functionality.

Cons
There are still some features missing that we bought into, but there have been delays. But we're still very positive and we've been told that the features are on their way.
We would like to have more flexibility in the salary conditions, but they are working on that. There is always good communication with their team. We like that. We feel seen and we are not a small fish.
As a new user of the platform, it takes a little introduction before you can use the platform effectively. There are places where the platform can feel a little rigid, especially if you want more flexibility in layout, logic or display across devices. Small UI inconsistencies and limitations in customisation can create extra work for content developers. The mobile experience works, but can still feel less streamlined than desktop.
There could be more documentation. Help for self-help. More customisation of the platform (although this should be coming soon)
