Pros
It is easy for managers to follow their teams and for employees to access relevant training when it suits them. Learnifier has become an important support in our drive for more continuous and digital learning.
What I like most about Learnify is its ease of use and flexibility. The platform makes it easy to create engaging e-learning and customised training for different groups. I also appreciate how quickly and easily you can deploy courses and track participants' progress, making learning both measurable and fun. It's also got brilliantly fast support, and a fantastic helpfulness from the team at Learnifier!
Contracts, appraisals, onboarding and everything in one place.
It's easy to get started and very user-friendly.
We haven't received a single enquiry about "how do I do ....... in Huma".
We've been using Huma for many years after we switched from another system, where it was much more difficult to find the desired functionality.
Huma is very easy to co-operate with and releases new functionality at a rapid pace.

Cons
Can't think of anything specific.
What could be developed is perhaps an analysis section, where you can see the participants' development over time via data. This does not affect the user-friendliness of course construction and learning in general, but it can develop the possibility of individual analysis.
For those who have several manuals, they come one after another. I wish this was more clear with the fact that you choose which manual you want to print into.
The fact that you cannot mass update salary levels and job levels
The inability to navigate further in the handbook or between employees while on the profile page or a topic in the handbook. There are many unnecessary clicks
The fact that you only have to deal with days, and not months and weeks, in the process module. For long-term processes, there are suddenly a lot of days to calculate from.
There's still a lot of potential in Huma and the possibility of much more functionality that can be put in place to make it even better.
