Pros

We started using JAHOPP during onboarding, and it has made the process much smoother. New hires can complete training before joining their teams, which saves everyone time during the first week.
We've been using JAHOPP for employee training and onboarding, and it's been easy to manage. Employees don't need much guidance to start using it, and it's simple for us to assign courses and track completion.
The system is easy to use and we have a good overview. We can easily manage all employees' info so it's all in one place.
Simple system. We were overserved on our second HR solution. We switched because we needed to cut to the core.

Cons

The reporting part took some time to learn, but worth the time invested.
Be more insightful about our processes that could be cumbersome.
There could be more flexibility with payroll, but there's just been an integration with zenegy, which is great.
We're waiting for a feature, but it should be just around the corner. We bought in on the premise that it's a new system and they're in a phase of lots of development, so some features are coming on an ongoing basis. That's ok.
