Pros
The interface, ease of use, easy to get started, great support.
I like that it is so user-friendly, both for those who build guides and for employees who will use the guides, and it is good that you can link the guides directly to systems and workflows so that those who need a guide do not have to look for it.
The scalability that everyone can be involved at the same time in a subject creates a greater understanding and common culture.
The price and the fact that it is a mix between self-study and learning groups without taking too much time.
Plug and play with good and engaging programmes that you don't have to build yourself.

Cons
That you have too little time, there are so many interesting and fun things to do but you do not always have the time.
cannot think of anything
Would like to have more varied exercises, although I am a big believer in reflection and sharing.
