Pros
Structure and simplicity, as well as customer service
That Wint keeps track of tax payments correctly. That all accounts are linked. That the bookkeeping is carried out in real time.
The ease of use and the integration with our folding system and time reporting system.
We are satisfied with Hogia much due to their good knowledge of payroll management and support. We always get quick answers and a pleasant welcome. They are quick to inform about payroll changes or system updates.

Cons
The monthly cost and Mynt cards
If you can provide a specific email address and domain, this could be a great addition
I think entering receipt details could be done much more quickly. Some sort of bulk entry function. More intuitive. The system should be able to recognise more of what’s written on the receipt. The aim should be fewer clicks, less data entry and fewer page loads. A client application on the computer could easily facilitate bulk entry using AI. It takes far too long to enter receipt details when you realise how AI could speed up the process for the user.
Likewise, there should be improved data entry for subsistence allowances.
We are very satisfied with Hogia
After many years of co-operation, we have now found a very good process.
