Pros

It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very organised. Because it is very user-friendly it is easy to create engagement with your team.
The clear overview, the fact that I can ask for feedback from my employees, that I can add all 1 on 1 notes into Hibob. It's just a very clear user friendly system that allows you to keep all safe things into one place.
Stable platform. Responsive design. Plenty of functionality.
The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially from an administrator's perspective. The support from Conzentrate is also really good - they are fast, helpful and very solution-orientated.

I must say that I have been using this platform at my previous job for 3 years, where I was working as an employee and I really liked it. Currently, I'm using it from the other side as a manager and it's just very user friendly, I love it.
There are still some features that could be more user-friendly - for example, the reporting part, where it can take some time to find the right filters and data. Some integrations also require technical setup, which is not always intuitive. However, support is helpful, but response times could be faster at times.
There could be more documentation. Help for self-help. More customisation of the platform (although this should be coming soon)
Actually, there is nothing major to criticise. There are some limitations in the design, but it should be added that we use the basic design. It is likely that these issues could have been resolved by developing customised solutions.
