Pros
It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very organised. Because it is very user-friendly it is easy to create engagement with your team.
The clear overview, the fact that I can ask for feedback from my employees, that I can add all 1 on 1 notes into Hibob. It's just a very clear user friendly system that allows you to keep all safe things into one place.
I'm happy with it all, but I value HR Panorama for its intuitive user interface, comprehensive features and personalisation regardless of the size of your organisation.
As an HR administrator, there are many opportunities to customise the configuration of the tools to suit the company's needs, and I can do this myself. From an admin perspective, I also appreciate the ability to create the entire onboarding process, templates and related tasks. I also like the modules for surveys, appraisals and evaluations. The IT team is also willing to make individual changes.

I must say that I have been using this platform at my previous job for 3 years, where I was working as an employee and I really liked it. Currently, I'm using it from the other side as a manager and it's just very user friendly, I love it.
There are still some features that could be more user-friendly - for example, the reporting part, where it can take some time to find the right filters and data. Some integrations also require technical setup, which is not always intuitive. However, support is helpful, but response times could be faster at times.
So far I am satisfied
