Pros
Very quick and thorough feedback on any questions I had. I felt that I was taken seriously and that "everything" could be asked.
Very good customer service. Always responds quickly, sometimes even at the weekend.
The scalability that everyone can be involved at the same time in a subject creates a greater understanding and common culture.
The price and the fact that it is a mix between self-study and learning groups without taking too much time.
Plug and play with good and engaging programmes that you don't have to build yourself.

I haven't experienced any challenges yet, and I give feedback along the way if I run into problems.
I haven't started selling the course yet, so I hope it goes as smoothly as creating it🙂.
The system behind it could do with a facelift, but is functional. The tests are also very cumbersome with these lists.
Would like to have more varied exercises, although I am a big believer in reflection and sharing.
