Pros

The overview and control I get
Responsive customer service from both the sales and technical support teams. Cloud Connection demonstrates a good understanding of our needs and wants us to be able to make the best possible use of SuperOffice.
Goava lowers the threshold for salespeople to find new potential customers. The time-consuming and sometimes mentally taxing process makes Goava's platform smooth.
After setting the parameters, you get good suggestions for prospects that give you new companies to contact. After identifying potential prospects, there is an incredible amount of information right there for you to be relevant in your dialogue with potential customers.

Cons

I’ve got no complaints.
The user interface is a bit tricky, but once you’ve got the hang of it, it works very well.
We have been running Goava for about 6 months and so far there is nothing we like the least.
If you have several different groups within the company that have slightly different interests and target groups, it is difficult to get the parameters to be relevant to everyone. Especially in the beginning before AI gets going and also goes on the user's behaviour.
