Very user-friendly and simple system that facilitates the work of the sales force
That it is easy to construct your pipe based on different sales keys
Ease of use, note centre, follow-up and snapshot. Order and organisation.
There are many features that are appreciated, but what I like most about Upsales is that you get a very good overview of your opportunities and lead score.

Landing pages and the email builder may need improvements.
It is not a simple CRM system in my opinion. It takes time to learn and you should expect quite a long start-up period before it is appreciated by the organisation.
