Everything is contained within a single system
The simplicity of transferring time sheets and travel expense claims to the payroll department.
The file management system as a whole is brilliant.
Everything is done in real time and updated as soon as I register an event. I also like that it has become easier to get the payroll documents from the employees.

Cons
The fact that certain matters have to be dealt with manually, such as the qualifying period deduction for hourly-paid staff, even though the formula is correct.
It would be useful to be able to view projects in the payroll run without having to click on the tab. It’s possible to check this in a report, but it would be good to have this feature.
May be missing a recruitment module, but we have achieved a good solution through an integration between our HR tool and the payroll system.
