Pros

Flexibility. It is easy to get an overview. There are many integrations. Can be set up very individually.
Smart solutions and simplicity for the user. Makes the job much more efficient. Quick feedback on any questions and concerns. The staff who use the system really appreciate it.
Travel bills from the mobile app are convenient.

Cons

Can be a bit complicated sometimes and the many possibilities sometimes make you get stuck. A little weird naming in some places. Could have been quicker.
There is nothing negative.
Clumsy and confusing interface compared to key competitors, very limited settings, help material stuck in the 90's, no automatic recurring billing, strong vendor lock, generous use of bank connection resulting in high costs, customer-phobic lack of usability, limited mobile app. Choosing Fennoa is effectively opening a limitless floodgate for the accounting firm.
