Pros
What I like most is the flexibility to build engaging training journeys. There are many ways to structure and create content, so it's not limited to static text. The platform offers a wide range of dynamic and interactive elements that make learning more engaging and enjoyable for users.
One of the biggest benefits is the ability to create training that is fun, interactive, and easy to follow. This is also something we consistently hear from clients. They find the experience intuitive and appreciate that they can actively interact with the content rather than simply reading through information. This leads to a more engaging and effective onboarding and training experience.
I really appreciate the architecture of Eurekos, especially how all media are available across sites, creating one source of truth. The platform's flexibility in learning design, external training, and its integration options have been invaluable. The support and collaboration with the Eurekos team have also been outstanding.

Cons
At the moment, there isn't anything I would consider a significant drawback. If I had to mention something, it's that the platform offers so many possibilities and modules that it can take some time to figure out which options best suit your specific needs.
However, I wouldn't really see this as a disadvantage. It's more about exploring the different features, experimenting with the available modules, and finding the best approach for your use case. Once you become familiar with the possibilities, the flexibility becomes one of the platform's greatest strengths.
The layout customization could be more intuitive, especially for matching our own branding more easily. Some of my colleagues found the platform less intuitive at first, and the graphical designers had some issues with customization. Also, Eurekos is a bit more expensive than some competitors.
