Cons

The course creation interface feels a bit limited, and the box-based navigation seems rather rigid. I’d like to see more flexibility there. I’d also like us to be able to interact better with other systems – particularly those not running on Microsoft – so that we can integrate it with the other tools we use and want to work with. At present, we don’t use the API.
I would like to see more flexibility in the appearance of the storefront.
Our staff did not fully recognise themselves in the environments and uses exemplified in the videos. Some contained a mixture of work and private use of Microsoft tools, which of course can be good to show. But in a work context, we would have liked more clarity in more good examples for use in work situations.
The Storyals Lite and Microsoft 365 courses have helped us improve our internal communication and efficiency. We have noticed a clear increase in productivity and a better working environment. The instructors have been engaging and knowledgeable, making the trainings both interesting and rewarding.
