Pros
The ability to customise and change setups yourself. In addition, Elvium works well in a voluntary chain like XL-BYG.
Its very intuitive - easy for managers to access candidates, see relevant info, rate and act. Very important for us that managers without IT skills to navigate easy in the system, Elvium delivers on this. There is also direct, personal and fast support.
The many possibilities MindKey offers
I highly recommend Mindkey as an all-in-one platform for HR.
The software is intuitive and I have had good experience with its many modules/features.

Some actions are not easy to find - this could be made more obvious.
We haven't experienced anything not working. elvium is usually good at communicating when there is a major update. We have been customers since before covid and experienced a safe communication throughout. And we will probably be a customer for many years to come.
There are many things you can do in MindKey and many functionalities. So you sometimes have to be very careful about what you use and how.
Some features that don't quite make sense, such as letter writing and corrections, don't work optimally. There are a lot of taps. Slightly messy system setup.
