Pros

The intuitive nature of Elvium, both for admin and candidates
We use Elvium to give our candidates an easy application process that is fast and leaves a good impression. We love the system's flexible tools for creating great visual adverts and generally the whole drag-and-drop universe. It's easy to familiarise colleagues with the system.
Appfarm is a no-code platform, making it easy to customise solutions without extensive programming. This allows for rapid development and the ability to scale the system in line with the needs of Qbig and its customers. Although Appfarm provides a ready-made platform, you've found that it offers less complexity than building a completely in-house solution, while providing modern technology and stability.

Cons

We haven't experienced anything not working. elvium is usually good at communicating when there is a major update. We have been customers since before covid and experienced a safe communication throughout. And we will probably be a customer for many years to come.
I haven't experienced any challenges yet.
Expressed concern that the solution is locked to Appfarm and that it is not possible to include source code and operate on your own servers. This gives less freedom and increases vendor dependency. There is a certain vulnerability when using components that you don't own, and the risk if these should stop working
