Pros

HLTHY is an extremely fast-paced team that is very easy to work with. The support is at a really high level, quick responses, solution orientated and always available when needed. What stands out the most is the UX/UI. The platform is incredibly smooth, fast and well thought out, making it easy for us to communicate with patients and manage the whole flow efficiently. It's clear that the product is built with real-world use in mind. We also feel that we are growing together, they are responsive, open to feedback and move incredibly fast in development.
User-friendly system with a clean and simple UX design. Hlthy is easy to co-operate with and also builds everything we request. We develop together and both have incentives to do well for each other. Since we started using Hlty, they have developed over 100 features, many of which are specifically tailored to our business.
Ella Olsson at customer service is absolutely outstanding. No matter how much I ask, if I repeat myself, makes suggestions for improvement. She always answers with a godlike tone, thanks me for my patience (!), takes my comments to the developers, answers quickly. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she promises to get back to me as soon as she does, and DOES. Tip for other customer service managers: hire Ella for coaching on how to achieve extraordinary customer service. Incredibly service minded, actually never encountered anything like it. Impressed! (and no, I'm not bought)

Cons

There are already open APIs, which is great, but we would have liked a few more endpoints to cover certain parts for our particular integration. At the same time, it is something that is about to be solved shortly, as it always does.
The cost. But as with everything in life, if you want it to taste good, it costs.
Some small adjustments in the system, but as long as Ella is with you as support, I stay. I think it will be great, the system has potential and is nicely designed.
