Pros

What we appreciate most is the combination of fast implementation and flexibility. It feels like a modern solution where you can quickly create value without getting stuck in long development cycles.
Solution Starters enabled us to get started quickly with a solution that covered many of our needs right from the start. We also like the fact that it is possible to further develop the solution in line with the business.
Ella Olsson at customer service is absolutely outstanding. No matter how much I ask, if I repeat myself, makes suggestions for improvement. She always answers with a godlike tone, thanks me for my patience (!), takes my comments to the developers, answers quickly. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she promises to get back to me as soon as she does, and DOES. Tip for other customer service managers: hire Ella for coaching on how to achieve extraordinary customer service. Incredibly service minded, actually never encountered anything like it. Impressed! (and no, I'm not bought)

Cons

Given the rapid pace of development, it is important to think through processes and priorities on an ongoing basis so that you build the right things in the right order.
As with any new system, some time is needed for onboarding and for setting the right working practices internally, especially when several teams are involved.
Some small adjustments in the system, but as long as Ella is with you as support, I stay. I think it will be great, the system has potential and is nicely designed.
