Pros

Flexibility. It is easy to get an overview. There are many integrations. Can be set up very individually.
Smart solutions and simplicity for the user. Makes the job much more efficient. Quick feedback on any questions and concerns. The staff who use the system really appreciate it.
Their flexibility and solution-orientated way of working. Very good assistance throughout the onboarding process. Developing new features at a steady pace.

Can be a bit complicated sometimes and the many possibilities sometimes make you get stuck. A little weird naming in some places. Could have been quicker.
