Accessibility of the courses, short, easy to rewind to certain elements. Focus on practical use in everyday life.
User-friendly, easy to learn
The all-in-one solution makes content production, administration and follow-up/reporting easy. Content production is also quick and efficient with the micro-course tool, while we have online course tools where we need more advanced functionality.
Easy and user-friendly to create courses. Good reporting options. Constant updates of the system. Integrated AI. Good customer care.

I think the Learn 365 interface could be nicer.
The "language" / language files
I would have liked to see more functionality related to the design/processing of images and graphics/layout in the authoring tool.
Somewhat limited text functionality in the micro course module.
