Pros
Good flexibility, APIs and support.
Norce is a well thought-out platform for companies with high demands on assortment management, pricing and flexibility. The platform's headless and API-based architecture gives you the freedom to build exactly what you need, but what really makes a difference today is that there are now several ready-made storefront solutions built on top of Norce. This allows you to get started quickly in a cost-effective way without compromising the strengths of the architecture.
The team at Norce also has a deep understanding of complex e-commerce and is good at concretising needs and guiding in the start-up, which makes a big difference in the early phases.

Cons
Some API endpoints I would have liked to have differently.
Working with Norce still requires a certain level of technical maturity, especially if you want to take full advantage of the platform's flexibility. It is not a ready-made solution, and this requires smooth cooperation between the organisation, the partner and the platform provider.
