CMA has a large library of applications, so we can get up to speed. The professional service team is also super competent and offers good assistance.
Canvas is a dream come true for anyone who loves a streamlined workday! With its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and support for a multitude of data formats, it makes even complex integrations a breeze

Creatio is extremely user-friendly and enables quick implementation. Also, it's very useful to have all the marketing analytics in one place and compile reports covering different channels.

Cons
Canvas could improve in built-in data analysis and reporting tools. More advanced data management would enrich the user experience and offer deeper insights.
No downsides so far... :)
Email templates could be better - at the moment there are not enough changes you can make and the whole process of designing emails is a bit cumbersome. According to their roadmap, could be fixed very soon.
It would be great to have more variety of marketplace options.
