Pros

I like that Cornerstone is flexible and can be configured and adapted to the organisation's processes without the need for knowledge of coding. I like that the different modules are now more seamlessly integrated and that they appear as a holistic solution.
Many opportunities across most HR processes.
It's easy to create new courses and add content to courses. The actual editing of courses is easy and straightforward.
Flexibility, price level.

Cons

I still miss some of the back-end user interface being updated with a modern look and feel. There is also not always consistent functionality for administrators (sometimes there is automatic saving, other times you have to click the "save" button in several places and different locations).
Some modules don't keep up with the technical and visual development of others.
Features that can only be accessed in Full Admin, which is large and with many features available.
Projects that are too big and involve too much politics.
