We were looking for a contract management system that would ensure our contracts were always updated on time, while giving us a comprehensive overview in a secure and GDPR-friendly environment.
The Coma platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to work with. In addition, Coma was very accommodating in terms of customising the solution to our specific needs.

Easy and accessible system that is very intuitive for the individual user. In the implementation phase, you are supported and guided all the way through the implementation.
A small and highly agile company that does what the big players do, but embraces all the possibilities AI offers. This means that information is automatically extracted from contracts, we can negotiate contracts with AI to make changes and draft new contracts. So the CMS is only a small part.
It's clear to see that you're dealing with an ai-first company. Instead of AI coming in as a tool from the side, the site is built on a foundation of AI. This makes it intuitive to use AI in a very fluid way - where you totally forget that you're actually solving something in 5 minutes that used to take half an hour.

Any start-up can be difficult at first, but after everyone is on board with the system, it works really well for us.
Could have used an introduction to the pitfalls of implementation and a guide on how to get "opponents" of systems to use it.
I do a lot of business with customers abroad, especially Germany, and here it would be nice if CC was more internationally orientated.
ClearContract is not yet on the European market, and I have a lot of transactions with Germany where I miss some features.
