Reviews
Pros
We’d never used a CRM before and were worried it might be too much to handle. It wasn’t. We got off to a quick start, and the system is easy to understand. We use it mainly for follow-ups: each customer has their own appointments and tasks, and we can see who needs to be contacted.
The price is fixed per user, so we know exactly how much it costs.

Cons
It took a couple of weeks before it became a habit to enter everything into the system.
It took a bit of time to get used to logging everything into the system rather than into my own inbox.
