Pros
We have a setup where only 1-2 people are responsible for HR, so we wanted a system where we could collect employee data in one place. We have an overview and it gives us more peace of mind in everyday life, where we are very busy.
We like that it's a less complex solution. It's not a big HRM system with a lot of features. It's cut down to a level where we can participate.
Talundo is an incredible tool that both we at HR and our new employees appreciate. It's great to be able to offer a digital introduction and to connect with our new employees at an early stage. It feels modern and engaging!

Cons
There are still some features missing that we bought into, but there have been delays. But we're still very positive and we've been told that the features are on their way.
We would like to have more flexibility in the salary conditions, but they are working on that. There is always good communication with their team. We like that. We feel seen and we are not a small fish.
The back office is not entirely user-friendly.
Support has been poor with long waiting times
