Pros
Having an open and flexible platform allows you to develop according to specific requests, without being limited too much by fixed frameworks or predetermined features.
Very user-friendly and smooth. Feels modern and easy to integrate with other systems. A big plus is Form Designer where we can create and edit our digital forms ourselves. I also really appreciate the support and staff at Sweet who are always accommodating, fast and helpful.
KYC & AML
Simple and clear programme to use. Sends reminders and all changes immediately when it happens and what requirements you have to keep up to date with. The structure is simple from start to finish.
The documentation is spot on as you can attach attachments that prove all the documents and reviews you have done for the customer knowledge. Integration with PEP list etc. is really good.
I like the ease of use, the layout and the simplicity of working in the system. You can easily see what has been done and what to do next. Events are also incredibly good that I can immediately get an indication of whether something special has happened or add myself if I found an unusual event on the customer to be able to document this.

Challenges in keeping to schedules and there are long lead times, creating unnecessary delays and inefficiencies in the process.
Satisfied with most things
If you have missed to connect any service / project, you need to redo the KYC. Not remarkable the whole is at top quality!
I would like to include the possibility of writing even more about our measures for each risk that exists or arises. This is to make it easier to show the Financial Supervisory Authority that we not only identify risks but can also counteract them through our internal procedures.
