Pros

A very user-friendly WMS that is quick to get into, the support consists of a really competent team that works solution-oriented.
Bitlog is founded by technically very strong people and it shows. Bitlog also knows its domain WMS very well of course.
Friendly, free of charge per call, open to developing the programme.
Easy to work with and if you miss something, you can request a function, they are responsive to the customer's needs and adapt the programmes as they go.

Cons

Some developments could have been more open/accessible to the user/super users.
I can sometimes feel that the soft parts like support or help running projects is not Bitlog's strong point. Once we get technical help, it usually goes very fast, but the road there can be long sometimes.
Would like to have a forum for users, where they can help each other. Ready-made e-learning courses and more and more detailed manuals.
The layout is a bit tricky to do yourself and not every company's top priority
