Personalised service and the flexibility and ability to adapt solutions to our needs. You never get a no, always a solution.
Our companies have been using the company for over 15 years. We have had fantastic contact with several key people in the company, they deliver quickly and are solution-orientated when challenges arise. Without their system, we wouldn't have been able to achieve the growth in both B/C and B/B that we are experiencing today.
Knowledge, a knowledgeable on-call team and quick feedback from salespeople or developers.
We have used Askås for many years and can highly recommend them - especially for companies that have high demands and want to be able to customise their shop based on their own ideas.
The team is always easy to work with and shows great commitment when we have requested special functions. They are also relatively quick to fix bugs in a system that is continuously improved with new features.

Wish they had a branch in Oslo
There is probably nothing that you like least, the prices maybe, you always want everything to be cheaper.
The administration interface can sometimes be perceived as cluttered, with more advanced settings. Some older functions that are no longer in use are still present and may interfere with the overview. However, this does not affect daily work to any great extent.
