Pros
It is very neat and easy to use. The support for OSA is a big plus.
The analysis and support to implement improvements. Then overall, Workly feels very easy and smooth to use.

Just small things, they have been very responsive and listened to our views.
The only thing I can think of is that there have been some minor bugs. But that's the way it is with all systems and it feels like they handled it in a good way.
Not always flexible with the questions but has not affected us that much.
Not always possible to customise as we would have liked.
