Pros
The features available in the payroll system that enable salaries to be processed and calculated correctly. This reduces the need for manual intervention.
Agda is so well prepared for upcoming changes and what needs to be reported to other external companies, such as the Swedish Tax Agency.
The file transfers and all the import files you can easily create
friendly staff and good treatment

Cons
The timetable management is a bit of a hassle.
When I get stuck and have to put a case to the support and all the writing before we come to a solution.
The accounting files are still a bit complicated but should get easier the more you work in the system
The reports are not good at all. A lot of manual work, which creates unnecessary time, such as working hours not being included in the accounting order and not quarterly reports
I think the menu should be easier to find the reports. For example, the statistical reports should be under statistics not processing. Will be a lot of searching
