Pros
- Very easy to get started, no need to configure.
- I know that everyone can find their instructions.
- Everything is connected, from process, to instruction, to deviation reporting and the ability to see who/whom is affected by a process change.
- Simple and good built-in project tool that we use for internal projects
- Zimplicit's process dashboard where we get a good overview of how our processes "feel"
- That we do not need to have the process in one place, policies in another and deviations in a third.
It was easy to get started and I got good support from the supplier. I have drawn processes in Visio before and zimplicit is just as easy to understand. I am impressed that as soon as I have saved and published the process and instructions, they appear in the sidebar in the browser.
Very good to be able to see how a change in a process affects those who work in it, I have missed that before.
The possibility of multiple perspectives and how to link models.
To be able to clarify our processes in a good way in a "clickable" way, it is easy to move forward in the processes.

Cons
That in some cases I need to have 2 tabs running to work effectively in Zimplicit.
Right now there is only English to choose as a language, but I have been informed by the supplier that Swedish is coming soon. It works for me right now, but will want to have Swedish as a language in the system over time.
It is a complex system that requires a lot of work to understand and practice.
All systems have their limitations, they are very few with 2c8
