What do you like most?

The ability to handle both virtual and physical cards in multiple currencies is fantastic. As a media buyer working internationally, I appreciate how smoothly the 3DS verification works via the app - it does not stop our purchase flows as many traditional Swedish banks often do.

What do you like least?

It would be a big boost if there was better support for direct SEPA payments to further facilitate transfers. That's really the only thing missing to make the workflow completely seamless.

What business-critical problems do you feel Wallester solves?

They solve the problem of being able to scale up quickly in new markets without being constrained by bank barriers. Being able to have separate cards for each unique campaign allows us to isolate risks effectively; if one card is declined, it doesn't affect the rest of our infrastructure.

What do you like most?

The ability to issue unlimited virtual cards instantly is the biggest advantage. For a team managing hundreds of ad accounts on Facebook and TikTok, it's critical that each account has a unique card. Wallester's BINs are extremely high-trust, avoiding the common issues of accounts being flagged for "suspicious payment method".

What do you like least?

The KYC process at onboarding is quite strict and can take some time, but we understand that it is necessary to maintain the quality and safety of the platform.

What business-critical problems do you feel Wallester solves?

They solve the problem of blocked advertising accounts caused by poor payment history on shared cards. In addition, the centralised budget simplifies our daily work; we don't have to top up each individual card manually.

What do you like most?

The Wallester platform is very safe and reliable. I can issue cards for software subscriptions, cloud services or vendor payments without worrying about data breaches or misuse. Management features such as spending limits and card freezes provide peace of mind. Integration with our existing systems was smooth and did not require major IT support.

What do you like least?

I would like to see multi-stage approval processes for larger procurements-something that would provide additional oversight for large-value transactions.
