What do you like most?
Telink is very user-friendly and packed with features. Super fast technical support if something goes wrong or if we need to change something. I have never experienced support that is so fast. It's flexible in that you can control it both from your computer or phone. Our contact person at Amanda atTelebyrån is absolutely perfect and knowledge that is always available. Worth as much as possible!
What do you like least?
The only thing is that there are frequent updates that sometimes block a connection of calls.
What business-critical problems do you feel Telink solves?
Ease of customer management by ensuring that all calls go through and that there is always someone to take the calls. Before, customers were greeted by a busy signal, now they are connected to the next available person in the company. It's brilliant.

What do you like most?
Call out from private phone with the company number. Easy to use. Can add dialling keys. Can easily transfer to colleagues. See who is available. Will certainly even more when I used the app more.
