What do you like most?

Ridder IQ gives us better insight into where we have our materials so we don't have to search the warehouse. We also have improved site management and much better insight into budget utilisation and budget structures.

What business-critical problems do you feel Ridder iQ solves?

We initially had an outdated ERP system that worked poorly and was only used by part of the company. Previously, communication was mainly via email, but now everything goes through Ridder iQ. This way, you have a single source of truth within your system. For example, in work preparation and engineering, you can use different widgets to indicate what needs to go to production. It gives the work preparation team a clear understanding of what they need to manage and start planning.

What do you like most?

Ridder iQ helps us to make an accurate price calculation in advance by giving us full insight into material costs, necessary processes and the working time of the employees. The time registration module plays a significant role in this and ensures that all aspects of production are optimally managed.

What business-critical problems do you feel Ridder iQ solves?

To be able to offer our customers accurate prices without risking losses, we must have full visibility of our production costs. We realised realised that this could only be achieved by implementing a solution that optimises all processes within the company. In our production, we handle many orders are handled simultaneously, which means they move from machine to machine. In order to have a clear overview of our work orders, it is crucial to know exactly where a product is in in the production process.
