We have had a major problem with linking contracts to both companies and the person responsible. As some companies may have several agreements and you then do not know who is the contact person at each location. It has also helped us a lot to have the signed agreement linked to the company so that it is easy to find

What do you like most?
What I appreciate most is the simplicity and the fact that everything is in one system. The interface is clear and easy to understand even for new users. I also like that all the features are included right away - there is no need for expensive modules or extra licences.
What do you like least?
The system is relatively new, which means that some features are still being developed. There are parts where I would have liked to see more integrations beyond Fortnox. At the same time, I feel that the team behind Remember CRM is responsive and continuously improving the product.

Remember CRM helps us gather all customer information, projects and contracts in one place. Previously, data was scattered in different systems and documents, creating inefficiencies and duplication. Now we have a full overview of the customer journey, making it easier to follow up sales, manage contracts and provide better customer support.
