We have had a major problem with linking contracts to both companies and the person responsible. As some companies may have several agreements and you then do not know who is the contact person at each location. It has also helped us a lot to have the signed agreement linked to the company so that it is easy to find

What do you like most?
I like that Remember CRM is built for small and medium-sized businesses - it's easy to get started and doesn't require a long implementation. The Fortnox integration saves a lot of time in everyday life and makes the flow between sales and finance smooth. In addition, I appreciate the Swedish support that always feels close and available.
What do you like least?
Because everything is so stripped down and simple, it can sometimes feel like more advanced settings are missing. This isn't a problem for us, but larger organisations may miss some features found in more complex CRM systems. However, simplicity is the strength of the system.
What business-critical problems do you feel Remember CRM solves?
The system has given us better control over sales and customer follow-up. We can see the entire customer relationship in one place - from first contact to projects, contracts and support. This reduces the risk of missed deals, makes follow-ups easier and provides a clear overview that was previously lacking.
