What do you like most?
Fantastic tool, makes the management of supplier invoices incredibly easy. Saves us unnecessary time with manual handling and we get more time to analyse reports and customer care. Very good support, answers and helps to find the best solution.
What do you like least?
There are still some problems with interpreting some invoices.. so there is room for improvement.
What business-critical problems do you feel Reda solves?
Supplier invoices can be processed and enter the authorisation flow much faster as there is the possibility to automate. You don't have to wait for the consultant to come in and "book" it.

What do you like most?
The best thing about REDA is the support and ease of managing all clients in one place.
What do you like least?
That I cannot continue to work on other clients' invoices while waiting for the current client's to be exported.
What business-critical problems do you feel Reda solves?
It saves a huge amount of time. Not having to log into multiple systems or customer databases and having everything in one place that everyone in the office can access is incredibly valuable.

What do you like most?
The system is user-friendly, easy to understand and to get started with. The support from Reda is excellent. They take the time to show you the programme and help you get started via digital meetings. They also have a smooth chat function that they are quick to respond via.
What do you like least?
That it is not possible to send a payment file directly from Reda but you have to go through your accounting system. But that is of minor importance and nothing that is decisive for me when choosing a system.
What business-critical problems do you feel Reda solves?
Being able to use line-by-line interpretation and to set my own rules for how supplier invoices should be posted reduces my own manual labour significantly and speeds up the process of getting supplier invoices into the accounts.
