What do you like most?

I appreciate the simplicity and overview of eAgreement. It saves both time and administration because everything is handled digitally and signing is quick and traceable. I also like that it reduces the risk of mistakes and lost documents, and that it provides a clear structure and security throughout the contract process.

What do you like least?

Sometimes the user interface can feel somewhat rigid and less intuitive for more complex contracts, especially when dealing with multiple parties or attachments. It can also take some time to get used to the logic of the system and to get all colleagues on board with the same digital way of working.

What business-critical problems do you feel eAvtal solves?

In particular, eContracts solves the problem of manual and uncertain contract flows. It ensures that all contracts are correctly signed, stored and traceable - minimising the risk of errors, missed due dates and legal ambiguities. It also contributes to a more professional and efficient management of customer and supplier contracts, strengthening both compliance and business control.

What do you like most?

You can quickly create and send contracts for signing! There are also a lot of functions and settings if you want to make it more customised and, for example, create contract templates.

What do you like least?

Recipients of contracts cannot have different roles (e.g. reviewers), but all become signatories to the contract.
