OnBase - Hyland

OnBase is a cloud-native ECM platform for the centralised capture, management and automation of all business-relevant content. It includes functions such as automated multi-channel data ingestion (paper, email, digital sources), workflow engine, case management, records retention and reporting. The solution also offers low-code app development, audit trails and deep integrations with ERP/Microsoft/HR systems.

OnBase is primarily aimed at medium-sized and large companies in regulated sectors, e.g. healthcare, banking, insurance, public administration or universities. It is particularly suitable where documents, emails and processes need to be centrally managed and archived in an audit-proof manner. The system also scales in global scenarios and is already being used by internationally active organisations with several thousand users.
