What do you like most?

"We are especially pleased that we have been able to bring all our business-critical systems together in a single platform. This has given us a much better overview, more streamlined workflows and a significant reduction in manual processes. At the same time, we experience fewer errors and higher data quality across the organisation.

What do you like least?

The implementation required some customisation and internal adaptation, and there has been a learning curve for employees. The features are intuitive, but some workflows require fine-tuning to fit our needs perfectly.

What business-critical problems do you feel Odoo solves?

Odoo has helped us eliminate fragmented systems and data silos by centralising our operations in one place. This has reduced errors, improved efficiency and ensured better consistency between sales, inventory, finance and production. In addition, the platform has made us better equipped to scale the business as our processes are now standardised and can handle growth without a corresponding increase in complexity.

What do you like most?

The breadth of features, Odoo has a lot of tools included as standard.

What do you like least?

That updating to a new version is a bit too laborious and expensive.

What business-critical problems do you feel Odoo solves?

Pretty much everything, we don't have anything we don't have or are in the process of migrating into Odoo. Of course, not everything is tailor-made in relation to our processes, but what does not play 100% we have or plan to have customised with customisation.

What do you like most?

That Odoo can be scaled according to the needs of the business and that we can use more functionalities over time without having to integrate a new system or pay more.

What do you like least?

You have to get used to the Odoo terminology. In addition, by default, all users have access rights - which in some cases is not optimal.

What business-critical problems do you feel Odoo solves?

New sales and marketing system, updating and documenting our entire interface and digital support for our HR processes (recruitment, employee portal).
