These elves ruined large parts of our business Thinking of switching to Nyehandel? Then really think again. There are clearly better, cheaper and more competent solutions. We have learnt that the hard way. We have never been so misled by a supplier in anything we have done before. We wanted a supplier we could have a good and close co-operation with and full support when there were problems. Therefore, after a while, we chose a smaller player for all our webshops as Nyehandel. The owner and founder himself promised lots of things they did not keep. It became pure chaos of everything with the change to Nyehandel. The founder spoke warmly about how they were so good at Seo and ran multi-shops already. The first thing they did when migrating was to overwrite every single text in each shop. Unfortunately we didn't realise this straight away because there were so many other issues that we had to put out fires on, so it took a week or so and then it was too late. We had spent a lot of money and hundreds of hours on all the Seo work. It also turned out that we were a pilot project for Multishopar and they had not worked with it before. They also promised to fix what we needed such as being able to manage our email system through them but it never happened and after 8 months they still had not fixed it and then we switched to theirs, it then turned out that it also did not work as it should with such a basic function as abandoned shopping basket. We had to scrap our various shipping options and only have postnord as they also promised instabox in connection with the migration but it took 6-7 months before it was ready. CDON promised the owner himself that it worked but then when they migrated it turned out that it did not do it as it should and we nagged about this for 2 months. Then they wanted 75 thousand to solve it. They also put in the wrong algorithms for the google tracking in connection with the change. We troubleshot and tried to fix it and they said everything was right. In the end, we brought in an external expert and it turned out that they had put in the wrong ones and they had completely different algorithms that should have been entered. This alone became an incredibly costly story with all the lost sales because of this. The warehouse system crashed countless times which created chaos for us and in man hours we had to spend hundreds on this to hope to correct everything all the time. Unfortunately they don't have the expertise to take on more complex things and you can't trust what they promise. Every time we contacted them and the support about errors that occurred all the time, they could not understand it or recreate it according to them. They tried more to blame us for making mistakes. But we have run many shops and been doing this for many years so the error was in their system unfortunately. All in all it has cost us millions and thousands of man hours due to their incompetence, misleading information and false promises when we decided with them to migrate over there.We have only addressed some major things here but the list can be made much longer with everything that occurred.Anything can go wrong when it comes to technology and we are aware of that and have been through various things over the years. That's just the way it is but we have never been with a supplier who was less willing to replace what they damaged their client. They compensated us with about SEK 100 thousand in the form of credit on the invoice so it did not cost them anything directly so anyway but the final bill is well over SEK 3 million. They have a dispute in the right to expect all this. Have never been more disappointed and frustrated with a supplier than Nyhandel.We have today switched to Quickbuik which is more competent, better and clearly cheaper too. Nyehandel has a juicy monthly cost that they raised during the time we were there by almost 70% against what was also agreed. It also charges per shipping booking and per swish payment which becomes expensive in the long run.

What do you like most?
We switched from Quickbutik to Ny E-handel as we are growing fast and needed a better system. What we like the most is their pack and pick system which is very simple and difficult to make mistakes.

What business-critical problems do you feel Nyehandel solves?
We have never had such close and fast / good support with the guys at New E-commerce as we have had in the past as they help us quickly if they are any bug or other support case. In summary, they have a great system with good employees who make the job as an e-retailer more fun, stable and better!

NyEhandel has exceeded all my expectations. I have probably tested all Swedish operators in the same niche and can easily say that these are the most professional I have worked with. If there had been more than 5 stars, you would have got them too, I am completely satisfied! :)
