What do you like most?

The system is very user-friendly and smooth for both users and administrators. The switchboard is modern and mobile-friendly, making it easy to handle calls. I also appreciate the fast and helpful support.

What do you like least?

A few times a week the app updates when you open it and it takes about 30 seconds. Completely understandable and good that it is being developed, so the only negative is really that you stress yourself out as soon as you need to wait for something and has nothing to do with the app.

Lynes has helped us to ensure availability to our customers with different call groups and that every call is captured. The system makes it easy to manage call flows and adapt the switchboard to our working methods, both during office hours and outside. Easy to follow call logs and statistics.
