What do you like most?

As a GDPR advisor in a company that accounts for many different industries, it is of great value to work with Lexoforms. The system is both intuitive and secure to work with, making complex processes manageable and supporting effective management of compliance requirements. In addition, I can only praise the team behind the system for their attentive and professional approach to everything they do.

Lack of overview of compliance status, inefficient manual processes

Keeping track of the company's GDPR, or rather keeping my ears to the ground so that it gets done, and that I get necessary agreements and deletion procedures and more in place and executed.

What I appreciate most about Lexoform's GDPR portal is the good structure and clarity of its design. The system helps us effectively keep track of documentation, processes and registrations. The built-in templates and proposal texts provide a solid starting point, especially for standard systems and processing activities, saving time and ensuring professional and consistent quality.

What do you like least?

Despite many tutorials and videos, being new to GDPR can be challenging. But it will most likely be similar with other similar systems. And Lexoforms is good at helping when you hit a brick wall.

Helping us secure documentation and keep track of GDPR legal requirements. Help with an overview of systems, data processors, risks and security measures. Helping us to have a professional approach. Less administrative burden and more trust - both internally and externally.
