What do you like most?

The best thing about Jahopp is the breadth of features and the ability to customise the platform to our customers' needs. We use the system to train both individuals and subcontractors on our products, and thanks to Jahopp we can create different training flows, certification steps and experiences - completely customised to the target audience. It's a powerful tool that gives us full control, yet it's so user-friendly that our customers can manage almost entirely without support. The platform makes it easy to maintain high engagement, which we see directly in our user data.

What do you like least?

What I miss most is a wider range of ready-made training courses from external providers directly in the platform. We have a need to supplement our own courses with, for example, safety training, standardised certifications and other industry-relevant knowledge. The potential for a broader ecosystem of ready-made content is there, and it would make Jahopp even more valuable - both for us and for our customers.

What business-critical problems do you feel Jahopp solves?

We have a business-critical need for our customers to quickly understand how our products work and to use them correctly. With Jahopp, we can train on a large scale - without burdening our support. The platform helps us create clarity, engagement and structure, leading to fewer errors, faster onboarding and happier customers. The fact that we can also follow up on everything in detail gives us the tools to constantly improve our customer journey.
