I really appreciate how Great Place To Work helps us to concretise and make visible the strengths and areas for improvement in our organisational culture. It is valuable to have clear, measurable results that make it easier to prioritise and work in a structured way with improvements.

Sometimes I feel that some questions in the survey can be misunderstood and wish they could be tweaked.
